Did you know that you can reply privately to the sender of a discussion message? In each email there is a Reply Privately to Sender button. This is often used if you need to reach the sender of the message but don't wish to copy the group on your reply.  Replying by email from your smartphone or email will always post your message back to the entire community. Let us know if you need help. 

Make sure you are not forwarding your discussion post emails to another email address and accessing them from there. The system security is built into the discussion posts. If you forward them, you will not be able to access attachments or links within the discussion posts. Also, make sure you don't have multiple accounts on our system using different emails as only the email address that is a member of your community has access. You can find out by clicking your profile in the top right corner of the screen. You'll be able to see your account information there.
